Hi lovely,
With everything that is going on in the world and in each of our lives at the moment, we wanted to give you an episode this week that inspires you, nourishes you and reminds you of the power of coming together in times like these.
And so I invited the wonderful Gemma Brady, founder of Sister Stories, onto the podcast to talk about exactly that: the deep and cathartic power of being heard and the beauty and magic that comes with holding a space as someone shares their truth. And how to create that space for you and your friends or with strangers.
And there can be no better time or greater need for this kind of deep mutual support than now.
So we talked about how to create circles like this, how to do it online and why we all have a deep need for this kind of ritual and deep connection and how simple it can actually be to create the space for that.
So I hope you find this episode nourishing, reassuring and inspiring. I certainly did as I was recording the episode on Monday evening.
And if you want to have a go at running your own sister circle now (online) or in the future, then here is the free download guide from Gemma on how to do it.
And if you’re interested in the online training to become a Sister Stories facilitator that starts in April, you can find full details over here.

How to manage your anxiety (with some live tapping from Vicki)
How to use self-isolation as a time for practicing self-love and love for others
And we would love to hear your own tips, how you’re coping and how you’re finding ways to help in this time of us all pulling together.
If you’d like to join us for one enormous online group hug, then save your seat here and we’ll remind you on the day that it’s happening and send you the link to join.
